Assistance Service
EuroMed provides assistance to patients who experience health problems while being away from St. Petersburg. Our clinic has signed partner agreements with medical centers throughout the country - this is a way to provide the best possible care to our patients at the nearest adequate medical facility to the place where medical case happened. When the patient is stable and fit to be repatriated by any means of transport, we start repatriation process. Every our step is to be agreed with the insurance company of the patient.
List of assistance services provided includes:
- Transfer from one medical facility to another.
- Supply and/or transportation of medication.
- Guarantee of medical expenses to another medical facility on behalf of insurance company.
- Ambulance flights, taxi, hotel reservations, claims adjustment, obtaining medical reports, repatriation, medical escorts, repatriation of human remains, visa support.
- Assistance in the form of (psychological) crisis help.
- Recoveries.
- Cost control of the services rendered in another medical facilities.
- Payment of external services related to the rendered services.
- Cash outlays to the insured.
- Arranging air/train tickets.
- Relatives and co-travellers administration.
- And any other services that might be necessary.
