Therefore we have implemented a formula of "comprehensive service and support", including immediate round - the - clock response to any emergency, full - range medical care and administrative support. For this purpose separate Operations Department has been established, being responsible for:

- Visa extentions, issue of invitations for relatives, escorting physicians and nurses etc.
- Relatives administration (taxi transfers, guides, life assistance)
- Hotel accomodations
- Interpreter services (more than 30 languages)
- Hospitalization arrangements in the home country
- Medical escort on commercial airlines and private jets
- Special food and beverage service
- Luggage administration (transfers, luggage room storage)
- Contact with consulates, relatives and treating physicians at home
